Collins Aerospace in Mexicali, MX seeks a production supervisor to oversee daily operations and meet manufacturing goals within an assembly environment. You will implement production plans, optimize staffing, and drive cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Mechanical fields and 5 years of relevant experience, with strong English, Excel, and leadership skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical or related field with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with data analysis and reporting.
• 3+ years of experience in leadership or similar roles, coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operation and meet production goals within an assembly process or similar area.
• Implement production plans and provide feedback on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, schedules and staffing.
• Ensure timely, high-quality production at the lowest cost aligned with quality requirements.
• Guide the production team to meet quality, schedule and cost expectations.
• Execute operating plans and budgets; optimize staffing and scheduling.
