Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Mexicali, Mexico is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan daily production, manage capacity and material availability, and supervise staff to meet safety, quality and production goals.

You will monitor process results and drive improvements, coordinating cell production meetings and leading cross-functional teams with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ERP tools. A Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience are required, along with Advanced English.

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience required.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and ERP is preferred.
• Advanced English required.

Responsabilidades

• Set a daily production plan to meet safety, quality and production goals.
• Supervise employee work to ensure performance and productivity.
• Detect area needs and lead improvement projects.
• Coordinate and lead cell production meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
