BRP is seeking a Production Manager to coordinate the comprehensive execution of the production plan and lead Production Supervisors in Ciudad Juárez. You will manage human resources, materials, equipment, and capacity to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.

The role emphasizes establishing recovery plans, driving continuous improvement, and developing employees while collaborating with support areas for operational continuity.

Formación

• Professional Degree.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Production Management (preferred).
• Experience leading supervisors and coordinating production plans.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and ISO 9001:2015 is beneficial.
• Proficiency with information analysis tools and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades
