BRP, a world leader in recreational vehicles and boats, is seeking a Warehouse Materials Supervisor in Ciudad Juárez to coordinate and supervise material operations, ensuring timely delivery to production lines, overseeing receiving, storage, inventory control, and material movement while aligning with established processes, performance indicators, quality standards, safety requirements, and company policies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in the Maquiladora Industry.
• Experience with warehouse and inventory management and control.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the timely and accurate receipt of materials (OTIF), ensuring both physical and system compliance for storage.
• Ensure proper execution of the putaway process (P2000).
• Maintain inventory control across warehouse locations (IRA).
• Coordinate cycle count activities.
• Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of raw materials to assembly lines.
• Enforce health and safety guidelines among personnel.
• Ensure compliance with material management processes through monitoring and audits.
• Conduct risk analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics processes.
• Monitor area performance indicators related to safety, quality, productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure proper use of SAP for material and inventory transactions.
• Prepare operational reports and follow up on action plans.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
