BD is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor at MEX Juarez Healthcare to lead daily production operations, manage staffing and training, and uphold safety and quality standards. The role emphasizes strong communication with management and staff, and active participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or BA/BS, with 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience and proven ability to drive production metrics and team development.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Industrial Management, Business, Engineering or related field required.
• In lieu of a BA/BS, 3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• 3 years people leadership experience preferred.
• 3 years manufacturing experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Address safety issues promptly.
• Spend 75% of time on production floor leading associates.
• Plan staffing and training within the department.
• Provide regular, timely feedback to associates.
• Provide a learning environment and challenge associates to meet higher expectations.
• Implement BD Excellence components and programs within the manufacturing unit.
• Ensure open communication between production associates and management.
• Lead daily production operations.
• Collaborate with Production Planning to establish schedules and monitor performance.
• Track production metrics and communicate progress to associates and management.
