BRP in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Leader to guide the Fabrication team, drive continuous improvement, and uphold health, safety, and quality standards.

You will lead the department's operations, manage budgets and forecasts, and foster a data-driven culture to deliver quality products on time. This role emphasizes leadership, NPD knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial or Mechatronic fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related manufacturing leadership roles.
• Bilingual communication required./Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for health, safety and environment of the designated department.
• Oversee production and operations of the department.
• Ensure plant equipment and test/automated systems are maintained and calibrated.
