Job summary

Flex is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Guadalajara North to ensure timely material supply and smooth flow between processes according to the production plan.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will supervise staff, coordinate BAAN work orders, oversee inventory control, and maintain accurate records in Microsoft Office.

Additionally you will monitor the production plan, conduct inventories, balance physical vs system data, and uphold traceability of assembled materials.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with Master Production Plan knowledge.
• Advanced BAAN (work orders) and inventory control.
• Intermediate English, Microsoft Office, and staff management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the production plan and ensure material supply per shift.
• Coordinate material flow between processes per the production plan.
• Conduct inventories and reconcile physical vs system records.
• Ensure traceability of assembled materials and audit transactions.
