Flex is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Guadalajara, MX. Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, you will oversee shipping, receiving, storage, and material distribution, while leading a team of handlers to ensure on-time production support.

You will manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, participate in materials planning, and utilize ERP/MRP systems to maintain data integrity and process efficiency. Basic English required.

Formación

• BA/BS in engineering or a similar field.
• Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Experience supervising warehouse teams and material handlers.
• Experience with production control and materials planning processes.
• Knowledge of inventory metrics and cycle counts.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• English: basic proficiency.
• Availability for night shift.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, storage, and material distribution.
• Lead and develop a team of material handlers to ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate material flow to support production requirements and ensure on-time material availability.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, inventory audits, and corrective actions.
• Oversee production control activities related to materials planning and material availability.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse processes, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.
• Utilize ERP and MRP systems to manage inventory transactions, material requirements, and replenishment activities.
• Generate and analyze basic reports using Excel to monitor inventory, material shortages, and operational performance.
