Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Guadalajara North is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure timely material supply for the production line. You will coordinate personnel and the flow of materials between processes according to the production plan.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will monitor the production plan, manage raw material inventories, carry out cycle counts, and balance physical stock with system records to support accurate traceability and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge in interpretation of the Master Production Plan.
• Experience with BAAN work orders and inventory control.
• Production control experience and staff supervision.
• Intermediate English and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the production plan and ensure material supply to the line.
• Coordinate personnel for material flow between processes per shift.
• Analyze inventories registered in material tickets and follow up on short purchases.
• Carry out floor inventories to ensure inventory accuracy and traceability.
• Prepare physical inventory to balance the material traceability system.
