Danfoss in Apodaca, Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to keep our production equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably. You will help minimize downtime and ensure we consistently deliver high‑quality products to customers.

You will be a key technical resource on the shop floor, collaborating with production, quality, planning, maintenance, and EHS teams to solve challenges, support continuous improvement, and maintain a safe working environment.

Formación

• Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment including CNC, leak testing, and washing machines.
• Provide first-line technical support to operators for machine and process issues.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Communication in English preferred (not mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Lead equipment troubleshooting to restore production performance and minimize downtime.
• Support production and quality teams by resolving machine and process issues.
• Analyze failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Apply automation, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and CNC skills to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet manufacturing goals with safety and quality.
