Danfoss invites applications for a Production Supervisor position at our Apodaca, MX site. You will lead manufacturing lines, ensuring safe, efficient production while meeting daily targets and quality standards.

The role requires collaboration with Quality and Maintenance teams and a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement. We seek candidates with experience in high-volume manufacturing leadership, solid SAP ERP proficiency, and excellent communication skills to engage both floor

Formación

• Experience leading high-volume manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication skills across floor and management levels.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, especially SAP, and MES tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage production lines to meet daily output and quality targets.
• Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance on equipment reliability and process standards.
• Drive safety, waste reduction, and Lean-based continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with shift leads and operators to communicate goals and safety requirements.
• Perform daily floor audits and track performance to support operational excellence.
