Danfoss is seeking a Production Supervisor in the Apodaca area to oversee KPI performance on production lines, develop training for workers, and drive problem-solving across the team.

You will collaborate with operations, manage payroll, prepare reports, and participate in RCPS meetings to ensure continuous improvement and safe, efficient production. Strong SAP knowledge and line-balancing skills are required.

Formación

• 3 years of experience with personnel management.
• Intermediate knowledge of SAP system.
• Line balancing experience.
• Positive attitude and proactive mindset.
