Donaldson is seeking a Production Supervisor in León, Mexico to lead one or more production lines, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operation. You will drive team performance, meet production goals, promote Lean Manufacturing, and develop your staff.

You will coordinate staffing, attendance, training, and employee development while collaborating with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Planning, and HR to achieve operational targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading hourly production teams and applying Lean principles.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop production associates across one or more manufacturing lines.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure EHS compliance.
• Ensure production schedules meet customer delivery commitments.
• Drive product quality by adhering to manufacturing and quality standards.
• Monitor and improve metrics like productivity, efficiency, scrap, and labor use.
• Support Lean initiatives such as 5S, Gemba, and waste elimination.
• Coordinate staffing, attendance, training, and employee development.
• Coach team members and provide performance feedback to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Planning, and HR to hit goals.
