Donaldson in the Monterrey area is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive manufacturing excellence through process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will focus on safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance while supporting daily operations and new product introduction in a fast-paced plant.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing/process engineering in an industrial setting.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives across production areas.
• Create and maintain process documentation including SOPs, PFMEA, control plans, and process flow diagrams.
• Support production teams in troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Drive process standardization and best practices across manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, production, and product engineering teams to support operational goals.
• Lead or support capital equipment and tooling projects including installation, validation, and startup activities.
• Analyze production data and KPIs to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support new product introduction activities including process development and manufacturing readiness.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
