Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to manage a production shift, ensuring schedules, quality and cost objectives are met. You will lead large teams, communicate effectively with recruiters, and develop staff to drive continuous improvement across the line.

Responsibilities include coordinating production activities, monitoring labor, and ensuring safety and adherence to policies while achieving operational metrics and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; and two plus years experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading production shifts and meeting schedules.
• Familiar with 5S, continuous improvement, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment criteria communicated to recruiters for manufacturing candidates.
• Coach and mentor manufacturing staff to deliver excellence to customers.
• Manage labor discipline and policy issues with employees.
• Lead daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor labor reports for accuracy.
• Coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance and quality control.
