Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred with 2+ years experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading production teams and managing shift operations.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage a production shift to meet schedules, quality, and cost objectives.
• Coach and mentor manufacturing staff to excellence.
• Coordinate production activities with maintenance and QA.
• Monitor line performance and implement improvements.
• Conduct daily shift meetings and ensure safety compliance.
