Flex in Guadalajara seeks an Associate Production Supervisor to direct daily manufacturing operations on a shift, ensuring volume, quality and cost targets are met. You will lead a team of professionals, monitor plant performance, coach operators, and coordinate with maintenance and engineering to implement improvements and safe, efficient production.
This role requires strong communication in English, a background in operations, and the ability to prioritize schedules and drive cost
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in operations or equivalent experience.
- English proficiency.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business material and write reports.
Responsabilidades
- Directs manufacturing operations for a shift or group of lines to meet volume, quality and cost goals.
- Evaluate plant performance and advise on improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
- Lead a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, delivery, and safety targets.
- Coach operators to improve performance and operational understanding.
- Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and material supply.
