Radiall in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora seeks a Product Quality Engineer to support Production and Quality teams in meeting customer and internal requirements. You will help inspect products, participate in audits, and drive containment and corrective actions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, 5+ years of experience, and strong knowledge of AS9100/NADCAP, FMEA and 8D methodologies, with excellent English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience with AS9100 and NADCAP quality standards.
• FMEA, control plan, and 8D/problem solving methods.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up customer and Internal claims (until closed effectively)
• Ensure the inspection of products, their processes of fabrication in accordance with established plans
• Participate in continuous improvement projects & problem solving drills
• Ensure that all Quality personnel in charge have proper training and documented evidence that supports it. Could be either train inspectors directly or with external qualified support
• Participate in product & process audits
• Maintain inspection records, daily technical support and monitoring of inspection activities, including data collection
• Prepare necessary information packages to support Internal Quality Audits and follow-up of open/pending Corrective Actions

Mission

The Product Quality Engineer assists Production Manager in product performance according to customer/internal requirements as well as Assist Quality Manager the day-to-day administration of the implemented.

Profile

Know Your Requirements

• Bachelor's degree on Industrial Engineer or similar experience in the field
• Confirmed level: 5+ years of relevant work experience
• English proficiency both written and spoken
• Skilled on Quality standards as AS9100 and NADCAP, FMEA and control plan, Problem solving methods as 5 Why's, Ishikawa and 8D's methodology.
• Capable of conduct and audit or a diagnosis, propose solutions to optimized processes, products and tools, communicate and escalateto the proper level when it is required and follow up for the internal projects at the unit
