RADIALL S.A. in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora is seeking a Product Quality Engineer to assist the Production Manager and QA Manager in meeting customer and internal requirements.

You will oversee product inspection, process conformity, and participate in continuous improvement and audits. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, 5+ years in quality roles, strong English, and hands-on experience with AS9100, NADCAP, FMEA, control plans and problem-solving methods.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP quality standards.
• Experience with FMEA and control plans.
• Experience with problem-solving methods (5 Why's, Ishikawa, 8D).
• Ability to conduct audits and propose process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up customer and internal claims until closed.
• Ensure inspection of products and fabrication processes per plans.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and problem solving.
• Train quality personnel and maintain training evidence.
• Participate in product and process audits.
• Maintain inspection records and data collection.
• Prepare information for internal quality audits and follow up corrective actions.
