Dataflix in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a Product Owner / Business Systems Analyst to take end-to-end ownership of client engagements, from requirements gathering and planning through implementation and delivery.

This role combines product ownership with business analysis and project coordination. You will work with clients and delivery teams across the US, Mexico, and India to keep projects moving and ensure outcomes align with business goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, tech, engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years as client-facing Product Owner or Business Systems Analyst.
• Proven ability to translate needs into requirements and user stories.
• Experience maintaining product backlog and prioritization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery and distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client discussions to understand business needs and outcomes.
• Own and maintain the product backlog throughout engagements.
• Coordinate with developers, QA, and client teams to keep delivery on track.
• Facilitate sprint planning, demos, and status updates.
• Manage risks, issues, scope changes, and timelines.
• Support go-live readiness and post-release validation.
• Work across US, Mexico, and India delivery teams as needed.
