Dataflix is seeking a seasoned RPA Tech Lead to drive automation strategy and delivery from Monterrey. You will lead end-to-end automation initiatives, coordinate between clients and developer vendors, and ensure successful implementation of UiPath-based solutions.

The role requires strong communication, functional leadership, and the ability to work independently across multiple projects in a fast-paced data-driven environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Systems/Information Eng or related field.
• 6+ years in similar roles or software development.
• Experience with RPA and UiPath; analyze processes and design automation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead automation projects and coordinate client and vendor teams.
• Analyze business processes and design automation solutions end-to-end.
• Ensure best practices of automation.

RPA Tech Lead at Dataflix

Educational Level:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Engineering, or related fields.
  

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proven experience with RPA tools on UiPath.
  
• Ability to analyze business processes and design automation solutions full participation on end to end Automation process.
  

Experience and Competencies:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in similar roles or software development.
  
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  
• Coordination of activities between client and developer vendor.
  
• Understanding best practices of Automation.
  

Requirements

Special Requirements:

• Certifications in RPA UiPath are highly desirable.
  
• English level must be conversational
