DiDi Global is seeking a Product Operations Intern to support the supply channel mid-platform team across multiple markets. You will help drive high‑quality execution of mobility and platform product initiatives, enabling faster rollouts and improved satisfaction for users and drivers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate product strategy into scalable operational processes, ensuring stability and data‑driven optimization across fleet, franchise, and ride-hailing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory; current students or recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical ability with experience using Excel, SQL, or similar tools to manipulate data and derive insights.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle, A/B testing concepts, and incident management practices.

Responsabilidades

• Cross-Region Operations Communication & Support
• Maintain daily communication with regional operations teams; collect frontline feedback and requests
• Assist in syncing product updates and operational strategy changes to regional teams
• Coordinate resolution for regionally reported issues
• Operations Execution & Support
• Maintain partner feedback channels; monitor core metrics and flag anomalies
• Draft SOPs, training materials, and FAQs
• Product Requirement Coordination
• Participate in requirement discussions; help organize BRDs and meeting minutes
• Track post-launch feature adoption and collect user feedback
