DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Experience Product Operations intern to assist in improving how restaurant partners interact with DiDi Food’s products and processes.

You will collaborate with product, data, and regional teams to translate needs into actionable requirements while gaining exposure to strategic projects with visible business impact.   • Currently pursuing a degree in a related field and able to commit to an internship.

Responsabilidades

  • Support end-to-end product operations projects, including research, requirements, pilots, launches, training and follow-ups.
  • Develop clear communication and training materials for internal teams and restaurant partners.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define responsibilities, track deliverables, and resolve blockers for timely execution.
  • Analyze operational and product data using SQL and dashboards to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Support user interviews, surveys, competitor research, and feedback collection to understand restaurant needs.
  • Prepare reports, trackers, presentations, and executive updates on project performance.

Team Overview
  • The Restaurant Experience Product Operations team is responsible for improving how restaurant partners interact with DiDi Food’s products, platforms, processes, and operational tools throughout their journey on the platform.
  • Our team serves as a bridge between local business needs and Product and Technology teams, translating restaurant pain points, operational challenges, and market opportunities into clear product requirements and actionable solutions.
  • We work in a highly cross-functional environment, collaborating with Product Managers, Research and Development, Commercial teams, Customer Service, Communications, Finance, Legal, and other regional and global stakeholders.
  • Our projects cover different stages of the product lifecycle, including user research, opportunity identification, business requirement definition, pilot design, market validation, product launches, communication, training, adoption, and performance monitoring.
  • This internship offers direct exposure to strategic and operational projects with visible business impact. The intern will contribute to initiatives designed to improve restaurant experience, product usability, operational efficiency, and adoption of DiDi Food solutions.
  • The role provides a strong learning opportunity for someone interested in Product Operations, Product Management, data analysis, and project execution, with the possibility of developing ownership, stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
Role Responsibilities
  • Supporting end-to-end product operations projects, including research, requirement gathering, pilots, launches, training, and post-launch follow-up.
  • Developing clear communication and training materials for internal teams and restaurant partners.
  • Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to define responsibilities, track deliverables, identify blockers, and ensure timely project execution.
  • Analyzing operational and product data using SQL, spreadsheets, dashboards, and other analytical tools.
  • Translating data and feedback into actionable insights, recommendations, and improvement opportunities.
  • Supporting user interviews, surveys, competitor research, and feedback collection to better understand restaurant needs.
  • Monitoring project performance and preparing reports, trackers, presentations, and executive updates.
  • Helping maintain alignment between Product teams and local business stakeholders throughout the product development cycle.
Role Qualifications

You are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

You have strong communication, organization, and analytical skills, and you feel comfortable working with different stakeholders in a fast-paced and multicultural environment. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining clear follow-up.

You have knowledge of SQL and experience analyzing data through spreadsheets or visualization tools. You can communicate complex information in a simple and structured way, have an interest in product management and operations, and are comfortable delivering presentations or training materials.

Advanced English proficiency is required, as you will regularly collaborate with international teams.
