DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Experience Product Operations intern to assist in improving how restaurant partners interact with DiDi Food’s products and processes.

You will collaborate with product, data, and regional teams to translate needs into actionable requirements while gaining exposure to strategic projects with visible business impact. Formación

• Currently pursuing a degree in a related field and able to commit to an internship.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis using spreadsheets or visualization tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end product operations projects, including research, requirements, pilots, launches, training and follow-ups.
• Develop clear communication and training materials for internal teams and restaurant partners.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define responsibilities, track deliverables, and resolve blockers for timely execution.
• Analyze operational and product data using SQL and dashboards to generate insights and recommendations.
• Support user interviews, surveys, competitor research, and feedback collection to understand restaurant needs.
• Prepare reports, trackers, presentations, and executive updates on project performance.
