DiDi Global Inc. invites a Product Operations Intern to assist the supply channel mid-platform team across multiple markets, enabling faster feature rollouts and improved driver satisfaction.

You will join a cross-functional operations team translating product strategy into scalable processes, ensuring platform stability and data-driven optimization. You will contribute to SOPs, training materials, BRDs, and track post-launch feature adoption while supporting regional operations and performance

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory; current students or recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical ability with experience using Excel, SQL to manipulate data and produce insights.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle, A/B testing concepts, and incident management for large-scale platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Cross-Region Operations Communication & Support: maintain daily communication with regional operations and collect feedback.
• Operations Execution & Support: monitor core metrics and help draft SOPs, training materials, and FAQs.
• Product Requirement Coordination: participate in BRD reviews and track feature adoption post-launch.
