MSCI in Mexico City is seeking a Product Operations & Governance Manager to shape how the Private Assets product organization scales, operates, and delivers. You will sit in the Private Assets COO and connect strategy with execution across product, engineering, finance, and business technology.

You will build governance, playbooks, and operating rhythms that turn priorities into action, drive faster decision making, and improve visibility for senior leadership across complex programs.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in product operations or management.
• Experience with governance, execution frameworks, and portfolio planning.
• Proven ability to connect strategy with delivery across functions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the Product operating model, governance framework, and execution standards.
• Establish stage gates and decision processes to speed delivery.
• Simplify workflows and improve collaboration across teams.
• Build scalable processes to support a growing Private Assets portfolio.
• Create visibility for leadership into roadmap progress, risks, and dependencies.
