Nuvnext in Guadalajara is seeking a hands-on, in-person Operations role. This full-time position focuses on supporting real users and keeping products running smoothly.

You will triage tickets, read alerts and logs, respond empathetically, escalate where needed, and fix simple bugs with the technical team. You’ll work directly with founders with minimal layers between code and production.
