You will triage tickets, read alerts and logs, respond empathetically, escalate where needed, and fix simple bugs with the technical team. You’ll work directly with founders with minimal layers between code and production.

• Curiosity about how internal systems work and how things fit together.
• Willingness to admit what you don\'t know and follow up to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming tickets: classify, respond, elevate
• Support users in critical moments with a professional and empathetic tone
• Read alerts, logs and deployment events to understand where an incident comes from
• Fix simple bugs directly in the code, with the technical team alongside you
