Clip is seeking a Growth Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our growth surface in Mexico City. You will drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through targeted growth campaigns, referral loops, and growth tooling, collaborating with our local growth team and global tech partners.

Formación

• 3+ years of product management in growth, acquisition, or engagement.
• Experience in fintech/payments or high-growth consumer products.
• Strong quantitative skills with experimentation, funnel, and cohort analysis.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Based in Mexico City.

Responsabilidades

• Design, launch, and iterate growth campaigns for the local market.
• Build referral loops that drive user acquisition.
• Manage growth incentives balancing unit economics.
• Own the growth tooling roadmap and ensure event tracking for new features.
• Optimize the activation-to-retention funnel with data-driven insights.
• Coordinate with international engineering teams across time zones.
