Plata Card is launching SME in Mexico and seeks a Senior/Lead Product Analyst to build the analytics function from the ground up. You will own end-to-end product analytics, define metrics, and craft a scalable tracking architecture to drive growth for SME users.

You will partner with product and business teams to turn ambiguous questions into measurable hypotheses, design A/B testing, and deliver insights that optimize acquisition and funnel conversion across Mexico.

Formación

• Strong background in statistics and probability.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical tasks.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end product analytics for SME, driving decisions across growth & product.
• Build the core analytics foundation from scratch: define key metrics, user funnels, and tracking architecture.
• Design clear visibility into acquisition channels and user journeys – who comes from where, and how they convert.
• Set up scalable reporting for SME acquisition performance and experimentation outcomes.
• Build and analyze full funnel flows for SME users, from first touch to activation and repeat usage.
• Design and evaluate A/B testing framework adapted to SME scale.
• Identify key specifics of the Mexican SME market and reflect them in product and growth logic.
• Partner closely with product and business stakeholders to turn ambiguous questions into measurable hypotheses.
• Drive continuous iteration on acquisition efficiency, funnel conversion, and growth levers.
