Sezzle is seeking a Product Marketing Associate to join a lean, hands-on Product Marketing team that owns growth strategy and go-to-market execution across Sezzle’s shopper-facing product ecosystem, spanning financial products to engagement and rewards.

The role focuses on owning product marketing for a subset of products, collaborating with Product, Data, Design, and Marketing Communications to turn research into shipped, measurable growth.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Consumer Research, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with qualitative feedback, behavioral data, and survey results
• Demonstrated experience using Claude or equivalent large language model tools to enhance productivity
• Clear, concise communicator who can turn complexity into a sharp insight or recommendation
• Curious about AI tools and eager to use them to work smarter

Responsabilidades

• Partner with PM and Marketing Communications on product you touch for testing, launching, and improving.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Data, Design, and Marketing to move work forward.
• Adapt priorities quickly as business needs shift.
• Contribute to team documentation so insights can be shared across teams.
