Job summary

Zifo Mexico is seeking a Benchling Product Manager to oversee Benchling rollout at one or more customers. You will partner with scientists to translate workflows into scalable Benchling solutions and work with implementation consultants to deliver end-to-end projects that align with platform standards and data strategy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Benchling experience to support scientific workflows.
• Ability to gather, refine, and translate user requirements into scalable designs.
• Strong communication to lead workshops with stakeholders.
• Experience documenting and training users.

Responsibilities

• Partner with scientists to capture use cases and translate into Benchling solutions.
• Lead requirements workshops and data-model design.
• Collaborate with implementation partners to validate configurations.
• Develop test plans and guide UAT.
• Provide user support during rollout and adoption.
