Zifo Mexico is seeking a pragmatic Informatics Project Manager to organize and drive technology and informatics initiatives for pharma and biotech clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope and risks, and ensure timely delivery, working with analysts, vendors, and customers across multiple regions.

The role requires strong communication in English and Spanish, knowledge of SDLC, and flexibility to work with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies in a regulated life sciences

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Technology, Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Typically 5+ years of project management, delivery coordination, or implementation experience.
• Experience with global client-facing delivery teams and governance processes.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day project planning, execution, tracking, and coordination across cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and status reports.
• Manage scope, priorities, risks, issues, dependencies, and resources with escalation as needed.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear visibility into progress and blockers.
• Coordinate with business analysts and technical teams on requirements, testing, deployment, and transitions.
• Align deliverables with vendor and customer timelines and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare concise communications for leadership and customer stakeholders.
• Support Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery approaches per project needs.
• Build strong relationships with globally distributed teams and drive delivery improvements.
