Zifo Mexico is seeking a Product Manager to oversee Benchling rollout for one or more customers. You will partner with scientists and development teams to understand workflows and translate them into scalable Benchling solutions, owning end-to-end delivery with implementation consultants.

• Ability to translate scientific workflows into data models and Benchling configurations.
• Experience leading requirements workshops with scientific and technical stakeholders.
• Experience delivering end-to-end configurations and adoption support.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with scientific teams to understand software-related use cases and translate into Benchling solutions.
• Capture requirements and present for review, balancing team needs and platform standards.
• Lead workshops and design sessions translating workflows into data models and templates.
• Manage end-to-end delivery from discovery to rollout and adoption.
• Develop test plans, guide UAT, and create training materials for users.
• Provide rollout support and act as trusted advisor to stakeholders.
