Johnson & Johnson Medtech in Mexico City is seeking a Product Management Associate to shape the strategy and execution of our product portfolio. You will lead product marketing, plan go-to-market strategies, coordinate with regional teams, and drive launches with pricing, positioning, and promotions.

The role requires 5 years in commercial roles, strong leadership, and fluency in English. Travel up to 20% and collaboration with surgeons and KOLs will be part of the role, contributing to market

Formación

• 5 years of professional commercial experience including sales and/or marketing.
• Experience in marketing and product management / strategy is desirable.
• Experience in product launches.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for product marketing and strategic planning for the assigned products/portfolio.
• Work with regional marketing teams to plan and execute product development and growth strategies.
• Lead go-to-market strategies, product launches, pricing, and promotions.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Supply Chain to align demand and supply.
• Develop brand strategies, segmentation, positioning, and lifecycle management.
