Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Product Management Associate in Mexico City. You will shape marketing strategies, plan product development, and collaborate across regional teams to drive growth and successful product launches.

The role requires a university degree and at least 5 years of relevant commercial experience in healthcare marketing, with English fluency. Travel is limited, around 20% of the time, and responsibilities include P&L oversight and strategic pricing.

Formación

• University degree required in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of commercial experience in healthcare marketing.
• Experience in marketing and product management/strategy is desirable.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for product marketing and strategic planning for assigned products/portfolio.
• Work with regional marketing team to plan and execute product development and growth strategies.
• Contribute to brand strategies including value propositions, segmentation and lifecycle management.
• Design and drive go-to-market strategy for the product portfolio.
• Lead new product launches, including market opportunity, positioning, pricing, and promotions.
• Manage P&L and budget for the responsible products.
