Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Morelia, Michoacán, is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to drive product sales, expand market presence, and support surgeons with our devices.

You will schedule visits, deliver presentations, coordinate clinical education, and work with logistics to ensure product availability. This role offers incentives and a dynamic, collaborative team environment in healthcare innovation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Science required or in progress with documentation.
• Minimum 2 years in commercial/sales role in medical devices industry desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational and time management skills.
• Intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales goals and grow market share.
• Assist surgeons in operating rooms and provide device feedback.
• Coordinate market development and field marketing activities.
• Schedule appointments and deliver customer presentations.
• Develop customer and product focused presentation packages for sales.
• Coordinate education activities for healthcare professionals.
• Visit customers to gather information on orders and market conditions.
• Manage contracts and tenders; operate within allocated budget.
• Ensure product availability with logistics and support local promotions.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts; relay market information to management.
