Johnson & Johnson in Morelia is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to drive product sales to new and established accounts. You will support surgeons, assist in OR, and help expand market reach for MedTech devices.

The role requires a healthcare or science degree, 2+ years in medical devices sales, strong communication, and intermediate English. This on-site position offers incentives and opportunities for growth within a global health care leader.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or science and current degree verification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial/sales role in the medical devices industry is desirable.
• Excellent oral and written communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in attaining established sales goals including market share objectives.
• Assist surgeons in operation rooms and provide feedback on device use.
• Implement market development and field marketing activities.
• Schedule appointments and deliver sales presentations to customers.
• Develop customer-focused sales materials.
• Coordinate Professional Education activities for healthcare professionals.
• Visit customer locations regularly to gather orders and market conditions.
• Perform contract and/or tender management activities.
• Target and manage assigned territory within budget.
• Check with logistics to ensure product availability.
• Execute national, regional, and local promotional activities to drive sales.
• Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts and submit to management.
• Relay market information to management.
