ABB Apodaca Plant 2 offers a temporary student work placement to gain vocational experience in manufacturing. You will learn by doing, with tasks supporting ABB operations on site.

You will collect and analyze data for new projects, identify improvement opportunities, and support production and new product activities while coordinating related tasks to ensure timely execution.

Formación

• Current student of Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (6th semester or above).
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Basic understanding of project schedules and planning.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical design concepts.
• Intermediate English level.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and AI tools.
• Basic SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Power BI, HTML, or Power Apps knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

This position reports to: Production Engineering Specialist

Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory)

Gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement (duration as per local country policy) and learn by doing tasks as directed to support ABB operations and enhance personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: On Site.

This role is contributing to ABB Apodaca Plant 2.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Collecting and analyzing data related to new projects.
