Job summary

Flex in Juarez Sur is seeking a Product Engineer to support our teams building great products. Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager, you will handle product transfer and set up, support production, and collaborate with customers and design teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and intermediate English; experience in Electronics is desirable. Flex offers benefits including medical and life insurance, pantry vouchers, and various bonuses.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in Electronics (desirable).
• Ability to apply approved processes.
• Provide training to debug technicians and deepen product understanding.

Responsibilities

• Handle product transfer and new product set up.
• Support production by assessing product engineering issues on the production line.
• Suggest improvements to processes to obtain improved quality and production yield.
• Examine methodologies to maximize debug, integration and verification efficiency.
• Solve product related problems and perform failure analysis related to product issues.
• Interact with customer and various departments on product related issues – engineering changes, new model development.
• Work with design team to resolve design related issues.
• Participate in cost reduction activities in areas like material, inventory, and scrap reduction.
