Job summary

Flex is seeking a Process Engineer for the Juarez South site to support production and process improvements. Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager, you will lead capital equipment introductions, establish repeatable processes, and drive efficiency across manufacturing lines.

Ideal candidates have advanced English, a bachelor’s degree, and Six Sigma experience to support NPIs and cost-improvement initiatives in a dynamic, inclusive environment at Flex.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced English required.
• Experience with team training and cross-functional collaboration.
• Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production.
• Oversee new process equipment production.
• Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible processes.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues.
• Participate in cycle time and process improvements.
• Evaluate engineered materials and machines for process efficiency.
• Implement statistical process control on new and existing products.
• Lead safety, productivity and yield improvements.
