Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles in Mexico City seeks a Product Designer III to craft collector-facing experiences. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Brand to design programs, progression, rewards, leaderboards, and check-ins across live events and retail contexts.

We value at least 3+ years of experience, a strong portfolio of mobile consumer work, and fluency in English. The role emphasizes complex systems made legible and scalable within our design system.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional product design experience.
• Portfolio showing shipped consumer mobile work with end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to design rules-based or state-heavy experiences (progression, loyalty, wallets, marketplaces).
• Strong proficiency in Figma with components and variables.
• Experience contributing to an established design system.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences for collector programs from flows to production-ready UI.
• Create collector-facing surfaces where multiple programs coexist without clutter.
• Clarify rules-based mechanics: eligibility, progress, rewards, expiry, and non-qual paths.
• Bridge physical-to-digital handoff: card scanning, check-in in challenging conditions.
• Build reusable components and patterns for scalable program surfaces.
• Collaborate daily with frontend engineers on feasibility and handoff.
• Partner with Product on program mechanics beyond presentation.
• Support accessibility, localization, and consistency across surfaces.
• Iterate designs based on usability testing and telemetry.
