Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles in Mexico City is building a new technology hub focused on scalable, trusted experiences for collectors. We seek a Lead Software Engineer to guide a small frontend cohort while remaining hands-on on production code, architecture, and performance.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, Backend and Platform Engineering to translate requirements into reusable components, guardrails, and telemetry across programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years frontend or mobile development experience.
• Strong experience with React or React Native.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend engineers and coach the team.
• Own frontend architecture and component models.
• Define and evolve API contracts and integration patterns.
• Hands-on coding, reviews, and operational support.
