Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is building a new Mexico City technology hub focused on scalable, trusted, and engaging collector experiences. As a Product Designer III, you will design end-to-end collector programs, collaborate with Product, Engineering and Brand, and contribute to a shared design system for measurable impact across live events and retail environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional product design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating shipped consumer mobile work with end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to handle ambiguous problems and translate to flows and polished UI.
• Experience designing rules-based or state-heavy experiences (progression, loyalty, wallets, marketplaces).
• Experience contributing to an established design system and working with a design team.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional environments.
• Professional working proficiency in English, with daily collaboration across US-based stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype and deliver end-to-end experiences for assigned collector programs from wireframes to production-ready UI.
• Create collector-facing surfaces where progress across programs coexists without overwhelming users.
• Make rules-based mechanics (eligibility, progress, rewards) clear and legible.
• Design physical-to-digital handoffs (card scanning, check-ins) in varied environments.
• Build reusable components and patterns for program surfaces to speed future deployments.
• Collaborate daily with frontend engineers on feasibility, interactions, and handoff.
