Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles in Mexico City is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to guide a small cohort of frontend engineers while remaining hands-on in design and delivery of production software.

You will own frontend architecture for collector engagement features, ensure performance and reliability, and collaborate with Product, Design, Backend and Platform teams to drive scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years frontend or mobile development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with React or React Native.
• Experience designing production-scale consumer apps.
• Deep knowledge of client-side state management and data fetching.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small cohort of frontend engineers with accountability for execution.
• Own frontend architecture for program surfaces.
• Spend time designing, coding, reviewing and operating production software.
• Coach engineers and drive delivery of Collector Engagement priorities.
