Job summary

The LEGO Group in Mexico is seeking a Purchases Support professional to join our Shared Services Operations team in Cienega de Flores, NL. You will support Purchase-to-Pay processes, PO creation, and vendor communications to ensure accurate, timely procurement services.

This 12-month contract requires a BA or equivalent background, advanced Excel skills, and fluency in English. Experience with SAP or Coupa is valued, and collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in a Procurement role.
• BA degree or equivalent experience.
• MS Office experience with advanced MS Excel.
• SAP or other large-scale ERP experience.
• Coupa expertise is an advantage; continuous improvement mindset.
• Analytical, detailed and high-quality oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in highly collaborative environments.
• Shared Service experience.
• Fluent English.
• Fulltime availability.

Responsibilities

• Drive collaboration with Procurement team and Vendor master data team.
• Support execution of Purchase Order processes in Coupa; handle Service Now incidents & chat queries; vendor sourcing per threshold; Coupa Reporting.
• Deliver high-quality service handling of basic customer queries.
• Co-drive productivity initiatives across cross functional areas.
• Support compliance with company policies and standardised global processes.
• Collaborate with AP & Procurement to improve PO compliance.
• Participate in regional Procure To Pay (P2P) projects.
