The LEGO Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end logistics automation projects at our Monterrey-based LEGOOperacionesde Mexico factory. You will drive concept to handover, aligning with engineering, IT, and procurement teams to deliver measurable productivity gains.

Role requires strong project management, automation delivery, and English fluency (C1-C2). Travel ~30 days/year; hybrid work arrangement with on-site presence at the factory.

Formación

• Experience in Production and/or Engineering in medium to large international orgs.
• Project Management experience and automation project delivery.
• Experience managing equipment and machinery suppliers.
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear communication.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2) and willingness to travel ~30 days/year.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end logistics automation projects from concept to implementation and handover.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines and budgets aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Operations, Procurement and external suppliers.
• Drive integration of automation technologies to boost factory productivity.
• Monitor KPIs and ROI, ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
