Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Procure to Pay Process Delivery Specialist in Mexico to manage and optimize daily procurement transactions, from requisitioning to accounts payable. You will leverage expertise in procurement operations and supply management to ensure compliant, efficient processes.

Ideal candidates have experience with related procurement processes, problem solving, and a strong ability to drive process improvements, with English proficiency at an intermediate to advanced level.

Qualifications

• Experience with procurement transactions: requisitioning, purchasing, receiving and accounting for services.
• Exposure to supply management, vendor selection, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, contract management, and accounts payable.
• Familiarity with global payments, e-commerce, order processing, and credits management.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems in procurement or supply management.
• Proven track record of implementing process initiatives to improve procurement operations.
• Fluent English (intermediate to advanced) is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute daily procurement transactions to ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Analyze and improve procurement operations through process initiatives.
• Apply knowledge of supply management, vendor selection, PO issuance, invoice reconciliation, contract management, and accounts payable.
• Leverage understanding of related processes (global payments, e-commerce, order processing, credits) to maintain efficient operations.
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize procurement performance.
