Qualifikationen

• Experience in INDIRECT procurement operations, P2P, purchasing, or program management.
• Professional fluency in English for collaboration with global teams.
• Portuguese proficiency for support to FedEx Operations in Brazil.
• Proven analytics skills with Power BI/Tableau and advanced Excel.
• Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in change management, KPI tracking, and process optimization.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) from requisitions to payment follow-up.
• Create and monitor Purchase Orders and requisitions with accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve PO, invoice, and payment issues.
• Monitor procurement metrics and service levels to drive efficiency.
• Analyze procurement data to inform operational decisions and improvements.
• Lead international workshops and cross-functional sessions on procurement processes.
• Prepare clear reports and communications to align stakeholders.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives with KPI tracking.
