Qualifications

• Exposure to supply management, vendor selection, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, contract management, and accounts payable.
• Experience with related processes like global payments, e-commerce, order processing, and credits management.
• Problem-solving skills in analyzing and solving complex procurement/supply management problems.
• English language proficiency from intermediate to advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement transactions: oversee and execute daily procurement transactions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Optimize procurement processes: analyze, solve problems, and implement process initiatives to improve procurement operations.
• Maintain supply management expertise: apply knowledge of supply management, vendor selection, PO, invoice reconciliation, contract management, and accounts payable to ensure compliance.
• Ensure efficient operations: understand related processes such as global payments, e-commerce, order processing, and credits management.
• Implement process initiatives: develop and implement improvements to procurement operations.
